If an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at for a replacement(Within 3 Days) with your order no. we will ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective/damaged item picked up from you at our cost within (1-3 working days)

Cash refund will only be done if the item cannot be replaced, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
